Relaxed, natural family photos around Scottsdale - just your family being yourselves, captured in a way you'll love looking back on.
Family sessions are my favourite thing to shoot.
We'll spend around an hour together, just before sunset, and I'll capture you all being yourselves - the cuddles, the giggles & the bits in between.
No stiff poses or saying cheese. I'll give you a few prompts to get things going, have a laugh with the kids & let the rest happen naturally. So often one of you is stuck behind the camera, so it's lovely to have you all in the photos for once!

Want to hear them as well as see them? Add a family film to your session. I can also shoot a roll of 35mm film alongside your digital gallery - they look completely different & I love them.

Family Session Questions
How long is a family session?
Around an hour. That's enough time for everyone to relax into it without little ones getting tired.
My kids won't sit still - is that okay?
Absolutely! I don't need anyone to sit still. Some of the best photos come when kids are just being themselves.
What should we wear?
I'll send over a colour guide to help. Soft, complementary colours work really well - nobody needs to match!
What time of day are sessions?
Usually around an hour before sunset, when the light is soft & warm. In the hotter summer months we'll go as close to sunset as we can.
Can we bring the dog?
Of course! Dogs are always welcome & often steal the show.
